Reading with my dream ribbon tied. He chose me first. I will arise and go. I will not settle. I will live my dream and make space for someone else to live theirs. By living God’s dream for me, I will be someone’s miracle. #iamwomanconf #WillYouArise #WillYouDream
I will arise and stand and do what God is calling me to do when he speaks softly and when he speaks quietly I will listen. God has the dreams in me and I am here to walk the dreams out that he has planted in me. One step at a time. My ribbon is tied on my wrist….is yours?
Thank You sooo much Pastor Nicole! Just what I needed today! Looking forward to new members night on Mon!
You are very welcome! 🙂
Hello Pastor Nicole,
You are a true blessing from God, all you have done and all you do assist individuals like myself to keep dreaming for Gods word is true, yet there are time like today when it seems that dreams are hard to see, I was in a bad relationship that I felt was from God; until I came to the wonderful women’s conference and know my dreams are real. I was in a bad realationship that was not a physical, but words from his mouth cut me down and they hurts more than anything and beside he know to hit me was to DIE, yet I was use to hurting words from my family so that is what held me in this relationship.
After the conference and the message from Pastor David on Sunday I had him to leave my home with all his belonging. Well now my phone is off and my unemployement has stop, I am seeking employment, my bills are due and I see no way, all I know is I am wearing this ribbon to remind me this is not my future and that God has one for me, This Is Not My Dream. As I cry (I have been doing alot of that)while I write this I know you may not get this, and I would like to share that I am 53 years old, and have no one at this time I can trust, yet I feel better having you to talk too about this.
I wrote a paper on you last night for my leadership class, yes I am working on my Masters in Organizational Management with a focus on Organization Leadership and we had to write about a leader that we look-up too and you and Pastor David are the ones for me, so I wrote on you.May you know Your Blessed By God.
Thank you for your time,
Ms. Tina
Ms. Tina,
Words cannot even begin to explain how proud of you I am! I myself–before I met Pastor David–was in an abusive relationship, & I know the kind of hold it can have on you!
This is the beginning of something great, Tina. You’re life is going to turn around, & God is going to start opening doors for you! I will be praying that God brings you to the right job that will be even better than your previous one.
It may not seem like you don’t have anybody, but you have God & your Faith Church family! 🙂 Also, a great way to get connected is an iConnect group. (www.faithchurch.com/iconnect)
I am soooo flattered that you wrote about me and Pastor David for your leadership class. That is the biggest compliment ever!
I am praying for you, your job, & your school. Don’t lose sight of the dreams, and plans that God has for you. 🙂
