Looks so shiny! Makes me wanna say, “Awwwww!”
When we see our friends and their beautiful pictures on social media, we tend to think that everyone else has it SO together! Not so.
What gets posted on “Facebrag”, “Bragbook” and “Instaperfect” is just the shiny side of their life that they want us to see. We know that behind every selfie is 20 deleted pics, because nobody wakes up looking that good! Unfollow!!!
Their highlight reel may make up one side of their bridge, but their REAL life is really way over on the other side…totally disconnected.
Don’t be discouraged!!!
We can ask God to help us build our bridge between where we are NOW and where we WANT to be – not fake and filtered, but authentic! Even if our life seems pretty good right now, the life God has for us is meant to be WAY BETTER than this!

God has a BIG future in store for us. Let’s build our bridge so close to Him that we can hear His every whisper and follow His path to the blessed life that He has for us!
We may not be where we’re going, yet. But we’re certainly not where we started, either!
