I once heard about an old man who worried so much that his hair fell out of his toupee! Too often we allow anxiety to contaminate our thoughts. Do you know that kind of worry? They say that if you are robbed by worry it is usually an inside job.
I can usually talk with a person for about five minutes and know what is on their hearts. Is the person thinking positive or negative thoughts? If some thought comes into our head that does not line up with scripture, we’ve got to grab that thought and throw it away.
