I’m NOT a crier. No… seriously! I’ve been through a lot of tough situations in my life and I’ve learned how to focus my gaze, lift my shoulders back, and keep walking through the pain.

But, it’s totally different when I have to watch others hurt. So sometimes… I DO cry!

There’s such HELPLESSNESS that comes with not being able to do more than just wipe their eyes and tell them that everything’s gonna be okay.

Of course, I pray for them. Even so, I want their hurt to go away, right now! But, I’m not God and that’s not my job. (If it was my job, I’m sure that I’d mess it up.) Lol

When we take our problems to God, He’s like a good parent that ACHES in their heart when they see that their child is in pain. Our hurt becomes HIS hurt.

He willingly transfers all our sorrows onto Jesus so that we can have a better life. How must God feel? How must HE cry?

So sometimes, I cry for an entirely different reason. I cry for JOY! I cry because God’s LOVE completely overwhelms me… and I’m undone!

When we cry in His presence, God will tenderly reach down and wipe our tears with a MERCY and a GRACE, far beyond our human understanding.

His LOVE for us is breathtaking!
