Whenever I get the opportunity to go on stage and share my life story with a large group of people— it can be kinda SCARY!

Negative thoughts can still run rampant through my mind. Doubts come flooding into my head and I start to FREAK —just a little!

“Do they really want to hear what God has poured into MY heart?”

“Can I ACTUALLY do this?”

“Do they wish it wasn’t ME up here?”

“Maybe I shouldn’t DO THIS anymore.”

Negative thoughts can be OVERWHELMING and fear can be PARALYZING.

If you’ve been through struggles (like me) that left you with an awareness of your own insecurity and inferiority—you know that uneasy sensation of feeling —LESS THAN.

It may have been a long time ago, but those negative thoughts still stick with us and replay—OVER and OVER— in our heads—for YEARS!

Why do we keep REWINDING that thing?

We don’t have to invite every negative thought into our head to wreak havoc. We don’t have to entertain all that unwanted doubt.

Things that happened TO us, in the past, do NOT define us! And stuff we did (that we’re not too proud of) has already been FORGIVEN.

We’re not who we used to be, we’re new creatures IN Christ. And now, we’re the ones IN CONTROL of what goes on between our own ears!

Fear and doubt have GOT TO GO!!!

Start trusting your God-given talents and KICK those negative thoughts to the CURB!
