I did something this week I thought I would never do.

Have you ever seen a TRIPLE rainbow? One that was complete from end to end, with 3 layers of concentric arcs?

Last week, as we were getting ready for our Women’s Conference… this WONDER appeared over our church parking lot in St. Louis. 

I was blown away!  So was everyone else. And we ran across the parking lot to see if there were pots of gold and leprechauns! Lol.

WOW!!! It was as if God was reaffirming our efforts and reminding us how much He loves to delight and AMAZE us!

I NEEDED this reassurance. I knew He was asking something of me at the Wonder Conference that He never had before. And I was nervous! 

Then at the end of the conference, he let me meet sooooo many people. (That explained WHY He wanted to do what He did.) 

Do you ever WONDER why God wants you to do what He’s called you to do?)

I met a woman who had driven TWELVE hours (One way!) just to attend our Women’s Conference in St. Louis. (And gas is how much?)

She was so moved that she had to tell her story.

She shared with one of our staff that she’d been abused by her father. Then again, by her stepfather. And once again, by a different stepfather. (My heart was broken for her.)

Now, after attending the conference, she was infused with a new feeling of HOPE! She was believing that the generational curse of abuse would end in her family and that NONE of her nieces or nephews would EVER be affected by it!

She said she felt so blessed to be able to talk about it with me. And because of all the LOVE she had received from the women at the conference, she decided to stay an extra day and attend our Sunday Service, as well. Another dose of love!

I know, her life and her legacy will NEVER be the same!

Women are the backbones of our families. So, when we women slide back… everyone and everything suffers.

But so often, we feel beat down, overlooked, just falling into bed at night, trying to hold it all together through another day.

We wonder, “Does anyone really see us? Does anyone even care?”

YES!!! God sees you. YES!!! God needs you.

His eyes are searching to and fro, just looking for a point of contact, for a person WILLING to be used.

Until we all get to HEAVEN, at the end of that RAINBOW… we’ll never truly understand the difference we made in this world!
