Life happens in our culture at an unbelievable rate. It sets us up for failure in our relationships with God and man – others and ourselves. But today will not be crazy.

We are on a flight, and David is reading the newspapers on his Kindle. I told him, ‘You are sooooo making my blog!’ He laughed and said, ‘I am so busted!’ He knew what I was writing about.

Guess what? My hips aren’t getting any smaller because I am thinking about the P90X. That’s why we have to put our thoughts into action and do the do or do-do.

Ashtyn, my 7 year old, very girlie daughter, just started playing basketball. She was a cheerleader last year, but she said that was boring.  She wants in the action.
