I remember, not that long ago, when God told me something that made my stomach DROP (in a bad way) and got me EXCITED, at the same time! Want to know what it was?
He told me, “Worship is your WARship!”
One little letter makes a huge difference and has me preparing for a VICTORY! But, it sounds like the victory to come may take a special kind of weapon – WORSHIP. (A whole SHIP full of it!)
I’d hate to be a sitting duck in the middle of the ocean, just waiting for someone to pick me off while I am defenseless.
But instead, God has given us everything we need. Not a rowboat and two oars. Not a ski boat with no protection. Not even a yacht. He has given us a mighty WARSHIP!
BIG. STRONG. HEAVILY ARMED. Specific for a purpose.
What have you been BATTLING? Depression? A funk? Weakness? Exhaustion? Confusion? Debt? Have you cried, this week, over a relationship gone sour? Those are all ineffective attacks of the enemy.
Anytime we want, we can bring out the BIG GUNS and claim our victory! It’s time to BLAST the devil clean out of the water!
HOW? With our Worship. That’s how we FIGHT our battles!
Put on your favorite worship music in the background while you’re making dinner, folding laundry, cleaning the house, getting ready for work, or just driving.
Sing out loud and allow those words of praise to escape your mouth and bring POWER into your life!
Get lost in it! Pray, sing, walk, swing your arms, jump, dance, cry, and lift up the name of JESUS!
I believe, NO – I KNOW, that your breakthrough is coming!
