As much as I wanted to write a sweet holiday blog about Christmas lights, wrapping presents, and the kiddos reactions when they open them…
(Liam just turned two and this season has been such a BLAST with him!)
… I had this nagging on my insides that said, “TIME is of the essence! DON’T WAIT for the calendar to change!”
(I believe it was the prompting of the Holy Spirit.)
So, I have to ask you. When was the last time you went OUT ON A LIMB?
Do you ever remember getting results that really “wowed” you? (Was it the LAST time you went out on a limb? Lol)
The definition of insanity is doing the SAME thing and expecting different results.
So, how are we going to make this year DIFFERENT? Better. Well, it’s not going to happen by accident.
Excellence never happens accidentally.
Excellence, being wowed, and living next-level, all take place when there is intention, focus, and planning – mixed with an added step of FAITH!
You can plan all you want. But, if you never take that FIRST STEP… all you have is a notebook on the shelf and big disappointment.
The enemy will lie to us. “Don’t even try because nothing ever happens!”
Last time, we didn’t try and fail. We just didn’t mix ENOUGH faith with the planning.
When we write our goals, THIS year, we have to plan to take some adventurous faith steps.
That’s when God HIT me with it!
Our 2023 Women’s Conference is called “Adventure” and it’s time to set our goals!
I heard, “There is no adventure without a little fear. But overcoming the fear allows for a thrill.”
I believe that God wants to THRILL you in 2023. But, it won’t just happen.
You have to DREAM big dreams, PLAN big plans, and take big FAITH steps!
