Do people know how messed up you are? 

Gosh, I hope they don’t know that about me. I mean, I hear ALL my thoughts and GEEZ… some of them are out there!  

Then God lets me know that my MISSION is to share all my junk in an HONEST, RAW, UNFILTERED, let-it-all-hang-out kind-a-way! 

“Your pain is your platform, Nicole.” Seriously, God? This is a BIG challenge! Umpf!

My pain for your gain! My PAIN revealed to get you to the promise… faster!  Between me and you, I was like, “Heck NO!”

But, God had other plans and I FINALLY said, “Challenge accepted!” (Has it ever taken you a minute to obey God?)

I have to KEEP taking the challenge and putting myself out there, so that you can see that God protects and honors us – so you will do it, too.

Here’s the rub – The chance doesn’t come without the CHALLENGE! 

That’s actually the title of the last chapter of my book… and it’s a TRUTH!

If we’re not willing to face the challenge, then our CHANCE at more fulfillment, more purpose, and more opportunity that we’ve dreamed of, never happens.

Why are these challenges facing us?

Because we serve a God that requires FAITH steps to please Him.

No challenge = no faith required 

No faith required = God isn’t pleased 

Leveling up comes at a cost. You can’t pay in dollars.  It takes obedient faith steps. You have to be willing to say “yes” to God:

ï      That apology you don’t want to make. 

ï      Loving those people that grate on your nerves.

ï      Giving those things and amounts that you’re   nervous will leave you short. 

ï      Stepping out when you feel incapable. 

ï      Staying when you want to go. 

ï      Not getting offended when you have the right to be. 

That’s taking the challenge!

Of course, you can tell God “no,” but then, you’ll just stay where you are or even begin to digress. 

Because when we step OUT of His will, we step out of His mercy, grace, favor, and the protection that comes with it.
