On the track at the Talladega Superspeedway, they told me to LISTEN to the guy on the headset!
“Don’t go until HE tells you to!”
(How am I supposed to trust a guy I’ve never seen? You know what I’m saying?)
That was my SPOTTER. He told me what to do so I didn’t get myself in any trouble, and I didn’t get hurt.
Kinda like the Holy Spirit. When He says “go!” That’s the hardest part— putting the pedal to the metal!
Because, when you’re down on the track, the corners look really steep and SCARY— a wicked 33-degree incline!
Your natural response is to LET OFF the gas. In reality, you don’t have to. Just LEAN IN and the track will do the hard work FOR you.
Likewise, lean on GOD!
He wants you to get the job, have the kids, and live your best life. Just LISTEN to His voice in your ear!
Once He calls you up to a higher level, you gotta trust Him more, or else you’ll crash and BURN!
God sees every curve ahead of us because He’s already out in front of our future. We can see as far as the corner. But, He’s the only one who can see AROUND it!
Stay on track. Keep your hands on the wheel and TRUST God!
The GOOD NEWS is— We can go so much further and so much FASTER with God than we can on our own.
The BAD NEWS is— (Yikes!) I think David Crank may have passed me!
