Have you ever felt like you were CHASING your DREAMS, only to have some people tell you that you’re NOT going to make it?

While we’re on the ROAD to our future, Satan will try to TRIP us up and people will try to DISCOURAGE us.

We’ve just got to drown out those voices and BELIEVE EXPECTANTLY!

Wanting Double
When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, “Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?” Elisha replied, “Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit.” 2 Kings 2:9 (NIV)

Elisha had a SPIRIT of EXPECTANCY. “I want double!”

• Double the amount of PAY!
• Double the amount of BUSINESS!
• Double the amount of ENERGY!
• Double the amount of LIFE!
• DOUBLE sounds pretty GOOD!

Expecting More!
But is double ENOUGH for us? If we want MORE than double, are we being GREEDY?

No.

Faith Church has WAY more than doubled in size in the past few years. But still, we pray for EVEN MORE!

We’re working to plant ADDITIONAL churches in Florida and St. Louis.

If we had been SATISFIED with just double, how many MORE lives and eternities would have gone unchanged?

Take The Limits Off God And Dream BIG!
He wants us to ask for BIG things. But if we don’t DREAM, ASK and EXPECT for it to happen…it won’t.

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives…” Luke 11:9-10 (NIV)

Walk in the expectancy of His BLESSING, the Jesus portion, so that we can do ALL that He called us to do!

Prayer For Today
“Father, help us to see Your God-sized vision for our lives. Help us to have the bold faith to walk in it. Help us to live a bigger life for You than we’ve ever had the faith or boldness to pursue. We want to do ALL that You have for us to do. In Jesus’ name!”
