Some mornings when I’m JUST waking up (in my head) I imagine this wonderful life of my alter-ego.
• I have 36 hours in my day and I can get EVERYTHING done on time without being late.
• My kids DO exactly what I tell them to do WHEN I tell them to do it.
• I DON’T have flabby thighs with dimple accents.
• I still could be President, an Olympic athlete or a Broadway star if I decide to.
In The REAL World!
Other days, the dog leaves me a “surprise” on the kitchen floor and my kid’s room looks like the aftermath of a tornado!
By the time I finally get to work, I think, “I am a HOT MESS! I wonder why God chose ME?”
I don’t think I can’t do it! I KNOW I can’t do it!
I THINK, “I must have missed all that God really wanted for me!”
I THINK, “I’ve screwed up parts of my life, and now I’m going to miss things!”
We Feel The Way We FEEL, Because We Think The Way We THINK!
“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…” Proverbs 23:7 (KJV)
Random thoughts will come and try to take the rest of our brain HOSTAGE. It’s a constant fight!
The enemy is always trying to give us thoughts of discouragement, but we have to TAKE BACK that ground in our mind.
“Come hell or high water” we have to TAKE A STAND in our minds and not let negative thoughts ruin our day.
It’s simple. If we want to FEEL better, we have to start THINKING better…TODAY…ON PURPOSE!
Prayer For Today
“Father God, thank you for giving us “the mind of Christ”. We will choose to PURPOSELY think on GOOD things so that we can live a HAPPY life. In Jesus’ name.”

Wow, I think you will be a great OB. It seems like you have a real love for children, failemis, and people in general. Sad to say that those qualities are rare traits in todays world. I believe not just anyone should be in just any job because you could be in a job that you hate and end up making everyone who comes in contact with you at work miserable. You have the joy and care to be great at your job and effect those you will be working around not only by your knowledge , but by your love for what you do.
