There’s a story that’s told about Napoleon in wartime, how his horse got away from him in battle.

He had to be angry, embarrassed and at the very least, aggravated!

How…UNFORTUNATE!!!

But, sometimes something unfortunate occurs that actually connects someone to their blessing.

Unexpected Blessings
An alert soldier quickly jumped on his horse and galloped off to catch The General’s runaway and return it to him.

When the PRIVATE returned with the horse and handed him the reigns, Napoleon said, “Thank you, CAPTAIN!”

He was UNEXPECTEDLY and abruptly promoted to the rank of a commissioned officer.

Immediately he replied, “YES sir!!!”

Why Did This Happen Today?
Napoleon’s mistake…his misstep, why did it happen THAT day?

When we zoom out to the BIGGER picture, we see a WAY for a private to become a captain in a moment.

▪ Unexpected BLESSING!
▪ Prayer being ANSWERED!
▪ Instantaneous…supernatural…FAVOR!

We Can’t See What God Has Planned For Us
We can’t always see what He sees. We can’t see how He sees it. We can only see the MOMENT.

But He sees and knows what that moment DOES FOR US in the “Big Picture”.

Prayer For Today
“Father God, thank you, that You’re always working behind the scenes for our good to bring us unexpected blessings in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
