“You PROCEED without PRAYING… and therefore, you PRODUCE without PROFIT.”
The Lord gave me that revelatory statement that halted me on my heels. We can’t separate
- Our spiritual lives and our PROFESSIONAL lives.
- Our spiritual lives and our RELATIONAL lives.
- Our spiritual lives and our PHYSICAL HEALTH.
People want the FRUIT (the money, happy relationships, and healthy body) but don’t have the ROOT.
Even a cut flower looks beautiful in a vase of water, for about a week. But, because it’s disconnected from the root … although it looks good… it’s slowly DYING, right in front of us.
“So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.” Romans 8:6 (NLT)
We have to have a mind controlled by the Spirit. (Capital “S”) A mind controlled by the Spirit operates without limiting beliefs (doubt) and gains in FAITH.
A mind controlled by the Spirit makes PROGRESS in their profession because their confession aligns with the Word of God and activates the POWER of God’s Promise.
A mind controlled by the Spirit produces HEALTHY relationships because we are operating in the Love of God and not selfishness.
A mind controlled by the Spirit is LIFE to the body and PEACE to the soul!
