What happens when you get squeezed?
I’d like to ask ‘what comes out when you get squeezed’? But you might like that question even less. The problem with being squeezed (which is what STRESS does – anybody got any of that?) is that what’s on the inside gets on the outside and then everybody can see it.
What if I told you that you can DETOX your soul of hurt, offense, heartache, bitterness and all the puss and fuss that’s in there the same way you can detox your body, or your skin?
YOU GOTTA GET THE BAD STUFF OUT so the good stuff can take over.
Every time I do a DETOX (do I have any wheatgrass fans here?) I feel like junk. For a MINUTE. Then, the benefits start to show up. Clearer skin. Better sleep. More energy. Seriously, WHY DON’T I DO THIS MORE OFTEN???
