The yoke of the enemy causes us to think about what should have happened and what didn’t happen. When we let go of that yoke and take on Jesus’ yoke, we stop thinking that life is hard or that everyone else gets all of the good breaks.

God Never Sleeps, Let Him Think About It

God never sleeps. How does it make sense for us to lose sleep over something when God is awake to handle it for us? If we can do it on our own, our dream is not big enough. If we are overwhelmed, then we are not leaning on him enough.

Why Do We Choose To Struggle?

In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus wants to teach us to carry his yoke, and he wants us to realize that his yoke is light. If we are struggling, we are probably trying to carry our yoke, and we are trying to do it without him.

When we are yoked with Jesus, our burden is lifted which gives us rest. We need to make sure we are carrying the RIGHT burdens and not ones that have been pawned off on us by the enemy. The easy and light burden enables us to cast our cares (1 Peter 5:7) and allows us to rest instead of staying up all night.

“Greater Is He That Is In Me Than He That Is In The World.” 1 John 4:4

I encourage you today to ALLOW the anointing to go out into your future to break yokes and pave the way. Jesus said:

“Come To Me,
All Of You Who Are Weary,
And Carry Heavy Burdens,
And I Will Give You Rest.
Take MY Yoke Upon You.
Let Me Teach You,
Because I Am Humble,
And Gentle At Heart,
And You Will Find Rest For Your Souls.
For My Yoke Is Easy To Bear,
And The Burden I Give You Is Light.”

Matthew 11:28-30
