Honestly, I’m done with settling for just “possible” things. Walt Disney said, “If you can dream it, you can do it!”
Sadly, some of us have stopped DREAMING.
I’m talking about those things we think we COULD HAVE done, or SHOULD HAVE done…once-upon-a-time. Maybe, it seems like it’s too late. We’re TOO OLD now, and we’ve missed our opportunity.
But, being older is NOT, necessarily, a bad thing.
In some ways, it’s a definite advantage! We’ve, finally, got the wisdom and experience under our belts to know HOW to tackle that thing that God has been calling us to do.
It might seem IMPOSSIBLE. But, impossible for who?
- Before penicillin, it was impossible to treat common infections, and a lot of people died.
- Before the turn-of-the-century, it was impossible to travel anywhere, on your own, without the use of a horse.
- Before the Wright Brothers, it seemed impossible for man to overcome gravity and fly.
- Before 1969, few people ever imagined walking on the surface of the moon! (That’s just crazy!)
Thank God, for all those innovators that had the courage to follow their impossible dreams!
Just because something seems impossible now, that just means the dream is still BURIED inside the heart of the person God chose to bring it to life.
Don’t worry, you’re not in this alone. If God has placed an impossible dream inside YOUR heart, then He’s planning to help you make it happen!
Walt Disney was right! “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible!”

Commit, NOW, to writing your dream down, here.
What is that impossible thing that you’ve been afraid to speak about because you think others may laugh at you?
They laughed at Walt Disney’s “stupid” mouse and his dream of building a “magical kingdom”.
Who’s laughing now?
My dream buying land to build affordable houses not apartments in the 70-90 thousand price range. 2-3 bedrooms with 1.5 -2-bathrooms. I Spoke to a builder and he said not at today’s labor cost. And I am thinking it has to be a way to do it. I’m not talking cookie cutter homes but something different.
I have a friend doing something similar in Nashville! I believe you can make this happen!
My “impossible” dream is for my Prodigal to return and fulfill the call of God in his life. Thanks for this, it hit the mark
I believe it can happen!
1980, our daughter was born with Agenesis of the corpus callosum, under developed optic nerves, and epilepsy. She has never walked, talked, see, or have been out of diapers. She eats through a feeding tube, and has a trach for breathing.
And my God can heal her! This will be so awesome, that He’ll get major news press! People will pay to see her and will want to know Who He Is.
I will join you in agreement that God will do a work in her life!
In agreement
Great encouragement! I believe in inspiring people to dream! Many, because of life, have pushed their dream down. It’s time to pull those dreams out and start acting!
Thank you Nicole for the encouragement!
How exciting – to spend a life encouraging others! I love that dream!
I have a dream about having an interracial marriage and taking my family to some places of the world like Japan, France, Germany, and other places to teach the children a different language. 🙂 And have God with us of course! <3
I love travel too!
Opening up a nursing home or Assisted Living where they served Garden to table food for the patients
Love this!
My Dream is to own some property and travel the world. God has been good and I have recently started traveling Fall of this year. Currently traveling to states. After my little sister passed last year I made sure I would take the first steps.
