Have you ever been stuck in a bad situation with someone who you didn’t realize was SO connected, titled or an expert in that area? But because THEY were there, and you were WITH THEM, you came through on top!
Like trying to get into a crowded restaurant, and someone with you is related to the owner. Or getting pulled over for speeding, (who me?) and someone with you is a police officer…so they let you go your way.

My friend Brittany has a way with words. She doesn’t have a special job or title, but somehow she manages to get into places for FREE!

Our family went to an amusement park with her because we had heard that she never pays or waits in line.

But let’s be REAL…I was skeptical!

We watched as she took her little “smiling self” to the people at the gate and came back and told us, “Just let everyone know that you’re WITH ME.”

I looked at her husband, confused, and he said, “I don’t try to understand it. It’s like a standing joke in our family. We just tell everyone #ImWithBrittany.”

So when I got to the front and didn’t have a ticket, they started to ask me to get out of line. In a panic, I blurted out, “But I’m with BRITTANY!”

Suddenly EVERYTHING changed. “Oh, right this way ma’am.”

WHAT??? I’ve never seen anything like it!

You might be hoping, right now, that I’ll post her phone number or email so you can make Brittany YOUR new best friend. Sorry! Brittany doesn’t have time to be best friends with everyone.

But this I do know. Being with GOD is even BETTER than being with Brittany!!!

We have a promise in Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is WITH you wherever you go.”

God is with us WHEREVER we are right now. And HIS power and influence stretches far beyond the amusement park into our EVERY natural circumstance.

He’s OUR God, who supplies ALL of our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:19) He WILL NOT leave us when we need Him most.

NO WAY BABY!!! That’s when He shows out! That’s when He works! That’s when we can see that it’s HIM and not us! That’s when He gets the glory! That’s when we have the opportunity to see that His word is true!

God is WITH US and we’re WITH HIM. He just wants us to turn Him loose!
