David Crank

Hello all! This is Pastor David Crank.

I asked Nicole if I could write today’s blog, and she said yes!

She told me yesterday, “my whole body hurts.”

Then she woke up today and said the same thing.

She asked me, “Why am I so sore?”

I just laughed because it’s kind of funny to see her this sore.

I didn’t mean it…

Then I asked if she remembered jumping off an elephant in her high heels, swinging high up in the air on a trapeze, or speaking from inside a cage with a lion.

I can only imagine how much adrenaline was pumping through her as she ran out to an auditorium full of women. Needless to say, this year’s women’s conference was a total blast.

My wife Nicole riding an elephant on stage.

Every year, this two-day event blows me away.

It reminds me of the resiliency of women. I think about all the things they have suffered and gone through… all the things they have survived. It’s amazing how women have the ability to bounce back.

Just think about child birth. If it was up to us guys, I imagine none of us would be here. After that first time, that would have been it. Mankind would have stopped producing.

But as soon as a woman holds her beautiful baby in her arms, she disregards the pain, smiles and says, “I think I want another one.” That’s the power of the statement, “I Am Woman!

Can you believe it?

This year’s conference gave so many women the opportunity to give birth to their dreams.

I personally witnessed several women who had been abused, misused and molested who finally gave birth to their purpose this year.

It all happened in this conference we called, The Circus.

This year everything seemed larger-than-life (including the 12,000 pound elephant on stage).

Nicole did a great job with the analogy of her as an unshakable woman.

She literally tried to push 12,000 pounds in her own might.

Thank God the trainer, representing the Holy Spirit, was able to move the elephant with just a gentle command.

Then there was that huge lion which represented enemies of her past.

Oh my...

That big scary lion was so intimidated by Nicole that it would not even get in the ring with her.

No matter how they tried to challenge him to enter the ring with Nicole, he didn’t take the bait.

As I watched Nicole trying to keep her message on point, I could tell she was a tad bit frightened when the lion peered his massive head into the cage.

But even as her hands shook, I got the impression the lion was more intimidated and fearful than her.

It got me thinking…

How many times have we been afraid of something that was actually afraid of us?

Whatever you’re afraid of today, remember God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.

You have the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome every obstacle that is peering its massive head into your world!

The next time fear tries to paralyze you, think about this acronym.

F – False
E – Evidence
A – Appearing
R – Real

If God is for you, who and what can be against you?

I am intimately familiar with Nicole’s tragic and painful past. I know she had no clue God was going to elevate her life and ministry to the point that He has elevated it.

Even today on Daystar Television, Marcus and Joni Lamb talked about how relevant and life-changing this conference had been.

Joni Lamb

A big thank you to Joni Lamb and the Daystar singers!

As we watched, I saw a few tears come from Nicole’s eyes as she considered how much of a blessing it is for God to give her the opportunity to impact people’s lives on this level.

If He did it for Nicole, He’s going to do it for you!

All day yesterday, we posted photos from this year’s conference. Take a few moments to tag yourself in those photos over at Nicole’s new Facebook page.

I think so. Thanks all! See you next year!

Thank you Pastor David for sharing this…. and yes you did (mean it that is! LOL) When I think back to the first women’s conference I attended, I remember how much Pastor Nicole’s message helped me. I had just gotten divorced and what I learned at the conference gave me the strength to move on. I am blessed to now be a very small part of helping other women be set free. Thank you both.

Gosh, Pastor David, every time our family gets to travel to see our Faith Church Family and give you and Pastor Nicole hugs, well, it does my heart good to know we are family. God is good, and this year’s conference was totally off the hook. I loved bringing the women I brought all the way from KY and giving a dear friend (Rhonda Bostick) the ability to come. Another testimony of bouncing back. We keep you, Nicole, Austin, and Ashtyn in our prayers because with a blessed ministry like your alls, I know the devil is mad!!! Stay strong, and know that you have prayer warriors lifting you up, even from as far away as KY. Love you all!!!

  5. I had a blast at the Women’s Conference. I laughed, I cried, and I was completely transformed. I feel as if I was saved all over again. Pastor Nicole makes you feel like you can conquer anything. It nice to know that someone as strong as Pastor Nicole is also vulnerable. I was lost for a long time until I found Faith Church. My entire life and the lives of my children have been changed for the good forever. Thank you so much for reigniting my faith!!!
