That’s the easy question, isn’t it. We are pretty good at knowing our shortcomings. The short list of what we want and don’t have yet. The attributes we wish we could.

Never mind the things have come together for us. We overlook those. Is that too straight for you on a Monday? It’s tight but it’s right.

We’re so quick to recognize the missing pieces in our life, we miss what’s possible.

Possibilities

That’s a different way to approach ‘what’s missing’. Possibilities. And trust. In Him. You mean I have to believe that someone I can’t see is working on bringing that pieces of my life together? Mmmm. Hmmmm. It’s called faith. And you have it.

I know you have it because you believe that a person you can’t see is making you Chinese food and sending it to your door.

I know you have it because you ordered the doo-dad online and you believe someone you haven’t ever seen is sending that your way.

It would be a shame to have more faith in the Chinese restaurant in town or in Amazon.com than we do God.

We are called to believe that He has the answer. To walk by what we can’t see, not what we can see. (2 Corinthians 5:7)

We don’t know how this whole mess of random pieces are going to come together. But God does. And what looked like a mess, He will make your heart’s desire. It’s just the way He is. (Rom 8:28)

We don’t know WHERE our piece is, but God does.
We don’t know WHAT our piece looks like, but God does.
We don’t know HOW our piece fits, but God does.
We don’t know WHO comes along to put the piece in, but God does.
We don’t know WHY the pieces are shaped the way they are, but God does!

Somebody SHOUT!!! Praise proves our faith in what He is about to do! If you love Him and believe He is at work in the earth on your behalf – tell Him so! And share this post to let people know.

He’s got this!
